Financial Support Committee
The Financial Support Committee (formerly known as the Stewardship Committee) creates, develops and coordinates the process of our congregation members' annual pledge fund campaign.  This is done through a direct mailing to all congregation members and is followed up with weekly written materials and temple talks during the month of November.  For more information, please contact Pastor Larry at pastorlarrysmith@sbcglobal.net or 414-541-9500
Financial Management Committee
The Financial Management Committee projects, approves and reviews the cash flow of the General Fund. It approves expense vouchers and non-recurring invoices and establishes the initial budget for the upcoming church year. The four Congregational Council appointed members are advised by the Senior Pastor and the Accounts Payable Secretary and meet once a month. For more information contact Jim through the church office mounthope.elca@sbcglobal.net, or call 414-541-9500.

Mission Outreach Endowment Fund
The Mission Outreach Endowment Fund was created to augment the mission work of Mount Hope Lutheran Church. It allows members to give gifts or memorials, or to leave a bequest, which will serve the whole church. Annually a distribution is made and the money is given to local mission projects within the United States and around the world. For more information contact Gale Gunther through the church office mounthope.elca@sbcglobal.net, or call 414-541-9500.
Staff Support Committee
The primary purpose of the Staff Support Committee is affirming and strengthening the mission of the congregation and the ministry of the staff.  This is done by careful listening and clarifying expectations, sharing and communicating, reviewing and reflecting, and praying and caring. This would include open communications about expectations, attitudes, misunderstandings and acting as a sounding board for the staff in times of personal or professional stress.  We are also there for any concerns of the congregation involving the mission of our Committee. If you have any questions please call Skip Webb or e-mail him at fwebb@wi.rr.com.  Our conversation will remain confidential.
